• Booking is confirmed only after payment is received

❌ Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 3 days before the event will receive a full refund

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable

• Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance

• Avoid standing on the chairs or using them on uneven surfaces

• Keep away from direct fire or extreme heat

🔁 Return Policy:

• A 50% security deposit is required and will be refunded upon return of items in original condition

• Damaged or broken chairs may incur a partial or full deposit deduction depending on the extent of damage
